Insurance Coverage:

Oxford: If you have the alternative medicine rider, your treatments will be covered and you have a $20 co pay per visit. If you don’t have the alternative medicine rider, you are eligible for contracted rate which is $90 for initial visit, and $70 for subsequent visits.

HealthNet/Landmark: You are eligible for 6 treatments with a co pay ($15-$20) there after, additional treatments to be requested and approved based on medical necessity.

United Healthcare:
Patients need to present a United Healthcare identification card. Self-pay program, United Healthcare members receive a 20% cash discount of the regular rates. Initial visit: $96, Subsequent visit: $68. Services are paid for directly by the patient at the time of service; no referrals or claim forms are required. Discount does not apply to herbs and supplements.

Bluecross: Covers currently only for post operative pain, dental pain, and first trimester of nausea. (Nothing else is covered as of May 2003)

Note: if we are not a participating provider with your insurance company, we will provide you with the needed document to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.


Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before treatment, otherwise you are responsible to pay for your appointment.

Confidentiality:
Patient confidentiality as required by state law is maintained at all times, and we follow federal HIPAA compliance regulations.
