Insurance Coverage:

We are not a provider for any insurance companies. If you are eligible for acupuncture coverage from your insurance company we will provide you with the necessary insurance claim forms for you to submit directly for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before treatment, otherwise you are responsible to pay for your appointment.

Confidentiality:
Patient confidentiality as required by state law is maintained at all times, and we follow federal HIPAA compliance regulations.
