Rates:

Adult initial visit- $120
Adult subsequent visit- $85
Child initial visit (under12)- $100
Child subsequent visit- $60
Herbal consultation - $130 and includes two 15-minute phone consultations
Herbal consultation subsequent visit-$50
Smoking cessation visit- $85
